Simply browse our pages and follow instructions for selecting and ordering items. You'll need to have Javascript and Accept Cookies enabled in your browser preferences.
Once you've selected the items you want click the "order selected items" button, a few seconds later you'll see a small poup window confirming your selection and offering the choice to complete/edit your order, or close the window and continue shopping. If you close the window just come back to this page or click the "Check Out" image (above right) anywhere you see it to complete your order.
To complete your order fill in all the required spaces in the order form. Incomplete or incorrect information is the main reason for delays in receiving your order. Please check your entries carefully. Pay particular attention to your credit card number and expiration date. Incorrect numbers or expiration dates will delay your order. If you're not sure about formats click here for complete info. There are 3 sections to the order form. Complete each one then click the tabs at the top to proceed to the next.
Our order form is designed to be easy to use. Alert messages will appear when you click on a link if you've left out required information. Simply follow the directions and when you get to the end click on the "Place Your Order" button. The next window that appears will be your invoice. You will receive an e-mail shortly afterwards confirming receipt of your order. Once payment has been processed and your order is ready for delivery we will send you a final e-mail with download instructions.

Our ordering system uses 128 bit secure encrypted transmission to receive your info. We've taken thousands of orders over the Internet and never has this security been compromised. Once we have your information it is never available to unauthorized personnel. We take your trust seriously. Additionally, we never share, sell, or distribute any of your information to ANYONE. We send an e-mail to our customers about four times a year and we will gladly remove you from our mailing list upon request.
If you're still nervous about giving your credit card over the web you can just fill in the order form and call us with the number. If you do this please note it in the Comments field and choose "Money Order" for your payment method.
Order By Pay PalE-mail delivery is FREE. Overnight Fedex in the US and Canada is on software items is usually $35., but can vary depending on the weight of item. USPO ground service is $8.00 anywhere in the US and Canada. Hardware items are priced according to the items weight and package dimentions.

Order By Mail:
We only accept money orders from the USA and Canada. Money Orders are the slowest method but we try to make it as efficient as possible for you. Simply fill the order form as normal and use "Money Order" where it asks for your payment method. When the order form is completed you will see an invoice that you should print out to send to us. We will e-mail you with specific instructions on how and where to send your payment.
Returns
Please call 718-732-0553 for a return authorization (RA) number and instructions before returning any defective items. We cannot accept returns without an RA number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Due to the fact that our software is not copy protected, we cannot offer cash refunds or exchanges on any software product.
